GARIN TZABAR VILLAGE IN IBIM
GARIN TZABAR VILLAGE IN RA'ANANA
Established in 2013, Garin Tzabar Village is located in the Absorption Center in a very central location in Ra'anana. There are 100 Lone Soldiers in five active Garinim who call the village their home, and two more Garinim will join them in August 19th.
Luckily, the city of Ra'anana is has a long history in Aliyah absorption, and the Garin Tzabar Village enjoys the heart-warming welcome that the community offers. Each lone soldier has a host family, and many volunteers help in preparing and serving food in the traditional Friday-afternoon "Cafe Tzabar", where the Lone Soldiers choose their food for the entire weekend.
Established in 2016, this Garin Tzabar Village is located in the Absorption Center at Ibbim, located very close to the city of Sderot. It was once a student village from a nearby university, however is now a residence to many different new immigrants from all over the world. There are currently over 80 Lone Soldiers in 4 Garins from all over the world who live on this village and call it their home.
These Lone Soldiers have Recazim (Coordinators) who make sure that they are taken care of, have food, and comfortable homes to live in, and of course there for any kind of support that they might need. In addition, they each have host families from nearby cities who make sure to provide them with the family environment that they may miss having their own families so far away.
